About Department
The dept.of history aims at fulfilling the aspirations of the students, researchers and faculty members and those who have interest in historical studies. The dept. of history was established in 1998 and has been showing continuously a very good growth in academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The dept. of history organizes debates and discussions on various history related topics to motivate the students. Moreover, the dept also organizes study tours & visits at historical places, arranges guest lectures, wallpaper presentations, workshops, seminars & conferences occasionally. The dept. of history is also very keen in providing ICT facilities and other technological resources to the students. We believe on the strength of history to change and modify the present.
